One year ago, I began seriously considering a lifelong dream of mine—to spend time in Greece as a Greek American and fully immerse myself in the language and culture. Becoming fluent in Greek has always been deeply important to me, so when I started my search for a tutor, I knew I needed someone truly special.

That’s when I came across Maria on Facebook and Instagram. From the very beginning, her passion for the Greek language and culture was so genuine and inspiring that I immediately knew she was the perfect fit.

I spent three months in Greece studying with her twice a week, and thanks to her teaching, I advanced two levels in Greek during that time. Even after returning to New York, I’ve continued taking virtual lessons with her, and the progress has been incredible.

My family and friends who speak Greek are not only impressed with how much I’ve learned, but also with the way Maria has taught me. She has a true gift for teaching.

Evgenia is a great teacher and I feel like I have learned more with her than I have in all of my time trying to learn Greek! Greek my mind is a great way to help you learn Greek with well structured lessons and the nice touch of a whatsapp group to keep you engaged even when outside of lessons.
