Greek My Mind: Terms & Classes policy

In General

The free trial is available only to first-time users.

Should it be necessary to increase the fees, you will be given a minimum one (1) month notice. We recognize that families have differing needs and that’s why we try to meet the individual needs of all families.

All students are notified of the required fees by means of an invoice.

Fees can be paid by credit, debit card or e-banking.

We request 2 week’s notice in case students want to stop having Greek classes at GREEK MY MIND.

Fees need to be paid by the due date as shown on the invoice and minimum 24 hours before 1st class.

For invoicing GREEK MY MIND uses Stripe.

All lesson packages of 4, 8, 10 and 12 hours, need to be paid in advance.

For families and special occasions this can be adjusted upon decision and will of GREEK MY MIND.

Failure to complete payment by the due date of your invoice will result in GREEK MY MIND pausing your lessons until fees are paid.

All students receive an invoice to pay, before the last class of each package.

There are NO refunds/make-up lessons on lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours notice after the first time (first last minute cancellation is free).

Lessons cannot be transferred to another student.

If you pay via E-Banking, please send us a receipt of the transaction, as overseas transactions might take 2-3 days or more to be fully processed.

Course fees are recurring and non-refundable after your purchase.

Should you choose to take a break, unused lessons can be banked for you for a period of 6 months. Unused lessons after that time will be considered as forfeited.

Lesson credits cannot be transferred to another student.

Should you choose to take a break, you need to inform via email your teacher and GREEK MY MIND (cc in email: info@greekmymind.com). In case you pause for more than ten (10) working days, your teacher is not obligated to keep your spot (days and times) and you can be assigned to another teacher. If you wish to continue with your classes later, your teacher will be asked. If there is availability you can continue together, otherwise GREEK MY MIND will assign another teacher to you. Exceptions can be made on special situations (travelling students, holidays etc) since GREEK MY MIND and the teacher is informed upfront.

When a student pauses classes (for up to 6 months), the teacher can suggest to add make-up classes or to increase the duration of each class, for a period of time or max. until the end of the paid package, in order to help student’s learning process and follow the teaching plan. Student is not obligated to accept.

The class details and teacher assignments provided at the time of enrollment are subject to change by GREEK MY MIND at its discretion. While every effort will be made to maintain the original class structure and teacher, the school reserves the right to make changes for the benefit of all students. Such changes may include but are not limited to reassignment to a different teacher or modification of class schedules. GREEK MY MIND will communicate any such changes to enrolled students or their legal guardians as promptly as possible. Enrolled students and their legal guardians agree to accept any necessary changes to class details and teacher assignments made by GREEK MY MIND.

The duration of online private classes (one student) is 60 minutes. Semi-private classes (2-3 students) are 60 minutes. In both of the above, the duration can be modified to 90 minutes, upon written demand of the student, including a 10 minutes break.

The duration of online mini group classes (4-5 students) is 90 minutes including a 10 minutes break.

All classes that are longer than 60 minutes, shall include a mandatory break of 10 minutes.

For in person classes (private – semi private – mini groups) the minimum duration of every class is 90 minutes with 10 minutes break.

In person classes’ schedule, duration, times and dates are being announced by GREEK MY MIND to the students via email, based on their level and their preferred type of class and availability.

In person classes are created upon demand and GREEK MY MIND can decide when to start, pause and stop them.
